1. What if the materials are not delivered on time?
: There is a possibility of unexpected delay due to the matter of mailing, but it will rarely happen. We promise to try to deliver the materials on time as best as we can so students can get them every other Monday.

2. How can I handle the problems I can't solve?

: Just let us know the problems you can't solve by email or text. However, every question has detail explanation on how to solve in Answer Key. I'm pretty sure you are able to understand most of questions if you take a look at the Answer Key carefully. If you still have problem solving some questions, please send us a picture of them. We will send you the more detailed explanation on how to solve them within 2-3 days by the email or text.

 

3. The materials are too easy/difficult for me.
What do I do?

: Generally, we send you the most proper level of material based on your grade. If you think it's not appropriate, please let us know your situation by email/text by saying for example; "It's too difficult for me to understand how to multiply two digits."  Then, We adjust your material level for you to build up yourself and finally reach the next level.

 

4. What is the most effective way to use this material?
: It is recommended that it is done at a scheduled time on a daily basis to have the best result. Don't put off your daily work! Remember repeating and studying on a daily basis are the two most important factors to boost your math skills. You don't have to spend a long time to do that! Just about 20minutes a day is good enough!!

 

5. What is the reward and How can I get it?

: You can get a reward as long as your parent or guardian has proven that you complete your work for a month without any procrastination.

Your parent or guardian will send us a picture (by email/text) of your monthly planner full of stickers for which you can only get when you finish your daily work on time. There will be various  rewards such as  school supplies, study materials , toys etc. It will be mailed to you the next month.
